Status colors (RAG)
RAG colors are applied for the following criteria:
| Trunk Base name | Red | when all child trunks are down |
| Trunk Base name | Amber | when one child trunk is down |
| Trunk Base name | Green | when everything is up |
| Genesys Cloud Edge | Red | when state value is inactive or deleted or when online value is off line |
| Genesys Cloud Edge | Green | when active and online |
| API | Green | tick if operational |
| API | Red | cross if down |
CPU, Memory and Disk
Drill down on a Trunk Base to view the CPU, Memory and Disk (% used) for each trunk.
