View the real time status of your Trunks and the Edge used by that trunk. For each trunk you can see number of calls in both directions (incoming calls, outgoing calls) and total calls.

Clicking on a Trunk Base name will take the user to historical reports for the Trunk Group Call report.


RAG colors are applied for the following criteria:

Trunk Base nameRedwhen all child trunks are down
Trunk Base nameAmberwhen one child trunk is down
Trunk Base nameGreen when everything is up



Genesys Cloud EdgeRed

when state value is inactive or deleted or

when online value is off line

Genesys Cloud EdgeGreen

when active and online
