User Feedback display updated
In our first iteration we provided the JSON file for the user feedback. We've updated User feedback so it now displays as it did for the user; so you'll know exactly what they selected.
Event Alarms on User Feedback
As mentioned above, User feedback is now captured and for Bad, Poor and Fair feedback an event alarm is generated.
View these in the Manage Alarms Grid or on the Alarm Summary dashlet, and with the option to be advised via an alarm notification.
Bugs
User meta data was not updating with recovery codes used for Multi-Factor Authentication. This has now been fixed.
The Customer Logo could not be added for new customers. This has now been fixed but please note that it does take up to 30 minutes once loaded to appear.
