        1. Located in the System Health category, this dashlet provides a  high level overview of a customers Microsoft Teams call records, stream quality, and a summary breakdown of how Microsoft Teams is being used by call type, network type, audio devices and modalities.

          Dashlet Settings

          The dashlet can be set to a summary period of 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours. 

          The summary period includes the time frame up to the last complete hour for the period selected. 

          Dashlet content

          For each call record there will usually be a minimum of 2 streams (talk and listen) and often more depending on number of participants and the modalities being used (Audio, Video, Screen sharing, etc). The total streams count will be larger than the total call records count.

          Call Records - total call records for the chosen summary period

          Duration - total call duration in seconds

          Participants - total participants in all call records for the chosen summary period

          Unique Participants - total unique participant names

          Stream Quality - an overview of quality (MOS) in graphical form and summary table for total streams. 


          Summary pie charts - shows how your users are engaging with Microsoft Teams.

        2. Totals shown are for all streams for 

          • count per caller per call on a Group Call
          • count both caller and callee on a Peer to Peer call
            • Call Type
              • Peer to Peer or Group Call
            • Network Type
              • eg: Wi-Fi, Wired, Mobile
            • Audio Device
              • Microsoft Teams certificated headset type or Uncertified
              • If a participant joins with their mobile device and transfers to their windows device on the same call then both audio devices are included in the total count
              • Highlight if users supplied with a certified headset are choosing to use another uncertified audio device.
            • Modalities
              • eg: Audio, Video, Screen sharing (audio only), Video screen sharing
          • Platform Summary - shows what types of devices are being used. 
            • If a participant joins with their mobile device and also with their windows device on the same call then both instances are included in the total count eg 1 x windows plus 1 x android.
          • Feedback Summary - shows how the users rated the standard of their call.
            1. Use this as the mechanism to report call quality issues directly to your IT Help Desk.

          Feedback Ratings

          Feedback Ratings uses the stars selected by the participants when presented the Microsoft Teams feedback form.

          • Excellent = 5 stars   (Green)
          • Good = 4 stars        (Green)
          • Fair = 3 stars           (Amber)
          • Poor = 2 stars         (Red)
          • Bad = 1 star            (Red)
          • No Rating                (Grey)    where the participant was presented the Microsoft Teams feedback form but has not selected any star rating

          Stream Quality (MOS)

          Stream quality uses Mean Opinion Score (MOS) ratings and is color coded Red, Amber, Green as detailed below:

          Custom Site Names( medium size and larger dashlets)

          Custom Sites allow a view of a subset of calls.

          • Customs Sites can be defined as
            • a collection of IP Address ranges for a Custom Site name
            • a single IP Address range where 'From' and 'To' IP Address is the same.

          The Custom Site Name could be a country, a state, a city, a building or perhaps a Microsoft Teams Room.

          Custom Sites must be configured on the Site Mapping tab of the Microsoft Teams Cloud Services to appear in the selection box.
