When adding this dashlet to the dasboard, it is located in the System Health category. The dashlet can be set to a summary period of 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours.


The top portion of the dashlet contains the stream Quality in graphical form and a summary table. Call quality is colour coded using Red, Amber and Green. 

Clicking on the will take the user directly to the Call Records grid.
