To manage an Alarm, right click to bring up menu options:

Note: Selecting "resolve" does not fix the problem, but will remove the alarm from the dashboard. An Engineer will be required to provide a resolution.

In the historical Alarm report, the alarm will show the resolved date and /time and who resolved, by using the name from the Users logon.
