The Alarms Summary dashlet shows the 200 most recent unresolved alarms per customer.
- Severity - Colour coded and rated from 0-10
Red - 0,1 & 2
Amber - 3, 4 & 5
Blue - 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10
- Display Name - name and severity of the alarm
- Administered ID - type of alarm
- Equipment - equipment name that triggered the alarm
- Activated - date and time when the alarm was first raised. This column appears when dashlet is sized Large or Huge
- Customer Name - When used by a Business Partner, a single dashlet can display alarms for multiple customers
To manage an Alarm, right click to bring up menu options:
Note: Selecting "resolve" does not fix the problem, but will remove the alarm from the dashboard. An Engineer will be required to provide a resolution.
In the historical Alarm report, the alarm will show the resolved date/time and who resolved, by using the name from the Users logon.
