Database Summary
Database summary shows the replication count and status between IM Presence servers within the cluster.
Alerts will be highlighted as red and amber based on the impact:
Red - If the replication status is (Number of replicates is incorrect , Bad Replication , Setup Failed)
Amber - If the replication status is initializing
Call Rate
Call Rate shows the following
- Number of (Active & Attempted and Completed) Voice Calls on UCM Server
- Number of (Active & Attempted and Completed) Video Calls on UCM Server
SIP Calls
VSM monitors SIP trunks configured in the system.
