           Click on the link icon to navigate directly to the following: 

          • Call Records = Microsoft Teams Call records page
          • Stream Quality = Mean Opinion Score Distribution report
          • Modalities = Microsoft Teams User Activity report
          • Platforms = Microsoft Teams Device Usage report
          • Feedback Ratings = Session Quality User Feedback report

        2. When Custom Sites are selected in settings, use the dashlet menu to select Medium size to view. Click on any Custom Site to view specific site details in the main body of the dashlet.

          Feedback Ratings

          Feedback Ratings uses the stars selected by the participants when presented the Microsoft Teams feedback form.

        4. The dashlet displays feedback for the selected summary period and uses the 'call end time' for it's source data. (Note: Feedback in Availability > User Feedback grid, uses 'call start time' when populating the page.)


          • Excellent = 5 stars   (Green)
          • Good = 4 stars        (Green)
          • Fair = 3 stars           (Amber)
          • Poor = 2 stars         (Red)
          • Bad = 1 star            (Red)
          • Not Rated = 0 stars (Grey)    (where feedback was submitted but no stars were selected)

          Stream Quality (MOS)

          Stream quality uses Mean Opinion Score (MOS) ratings and is color coded Red, Amber, Green as detailed below:
