The Business Partner VQM Summary dashlet gives a summary view of selected customers and their voice quality relevant to the BP.
In the dashlet settings:
- Select the Summary period to display - previous 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours
- Select one or more customers to display
The dashlet has 2 configurable settings:
- Call in Progress MOS
- view
- Last 24 hours MOS
