The Business Partner VQM Summary dashlet gives a summary view of selected customers and their voice quality, to give a one page overview.

In the dashlet settings:

  • Select the Summary Period to display - options are previous 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours.
  • Select one or more customers to display.



This dashlet has two configurable panels:

  • Call in Progress - CIP Total calls for the selected MOS setting.
  • Last 24 hours - 24 hour Total for the selected MOS setting.
    • Select the MOS band from the drop don box to display for each panel.
