Summary dashboard

VSM dashboards run the same diagnostic commands experienced engineers run when they are identifying problems. These commands are run on a minute to minute basis, and the results are displayed on a dashboard, color-coded to reflect solution health. Benefits include:

  • Significantly reduces time to repair by pin-pointing the underlying cause of issues – the item(s) on the dashboard that are red are the most likely cause of an issue or impending issue

View the status of your CDR primary and secondary links. 


License

Is your License mode normal (OK) or is there a problem flagged

SNMP

See if any SNMP links are down. Mouse over to get detail

Active/Standby

Ideally both Active and Standby Servers have no alarms and hardware and processor are OK. 

See when there are minor alarms or major alarms or if hardware or processor is not OK.

Duplication

If your system is duplicated then receive information regarding Active and Standby servers, is the duplication link up and when did the last interchange happened.

Does your standby have shadowing on, has it refreshed, or is it busied out.

ESS/LSP

Is your ESS or your LSP registered and active ?

Are your Tranlation updates >24 hours old?

If a problem is flagged Red or Amber then mouseover for details.
