Report content
- Percentage breakdown by Star Rating for 1 - 5 star selection.
- Total calls per day (blue line) - use right hand axis value
- Total calls given a rating - use left hand axis value:
- 1 star = Bad
- 2 star = Poor
- 3 star = Fair
- 4 star = Good
- 5 star = Excellent
- The percentage of total calls for the period selected, by the Microsoft Teams feedback options selected for

When exporting to csv, the data includes sessions where the user was presented with the Microsoft Teams feedback form but selected no stars (Rating 0)
