This report provides an overview of the feedback users are providing via the Microsoft Teams user feedback form, that is presented to participants at call completion.

Report content

  • Percentage breakdown by Star Rating for 1 - 5 star selection.


  • Total calls per day (blue line)  - use right hand axis value
  • Total calls given a rating - use left hand axis value:
    • 1 star = Bad
    • 2 star = Poor
    • 3 star = Fair
    • 4 star = Good 
    • 5 star = Excellent


  • The percentage of total calls for the period selected, by the Microsoft Teams feedback options selected for
    • Audio
    • Video 
    • Screen Sharing

  1. When exporting to csv, the data includes sessions where the user was presented with the Microsoft Teams feedback form but selected no stars (Rating 0)
