Introduction
When opened, the ACM Event report is an unfiltered view of all Events that have occurred in the last month.
Filters may be applied by way of drop-down boxes, allowing the user to view only Events from certain Event Sources, Types, attached Event data, or any combination thereof.
Certain Events that are deemed to be service-impacting are converted to Alarms automatically.
Uses
The ACM Events report can be used to:
Add value to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Search for a specific Event or Events occurring around the time of an incident.
As an indicator of potential problems.
Export to CSV for further filtering, sorting or further processing
