Introduction

The ACM Event report is an unfiltered view of all Events that have occurred in the date range selected.

Filters may be applied by way of drop-down boxes, allowing the user to view Events from a Location, Equipment and specified Event Sources.

Certain Events that are deemed to be service-impacting are converted to Alarms automatically.

Uses

The ACM Events report can be used to:

  • Add value to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  • Search for a specific Event or Events occurring around the time of an incident.

  • As an indicator of potential problems.

  • Export to CSV for further filtering, sorting or further processing
