The Ribbon System Health Summary dashlet provide summary details for your selected servers :
Total Servers - number of servers
Total availability last 30 days - shown as a percentage
Longest outage - time frame.
Average Response time - timeframe
The body of the dashlet provides server details, and has a color coded bar on the left hand side that highlights exceeded standard thresholds or that services down:
Session Border Controller - server name. (search box on SBC name field)
CPU - % processor used
Memory - % memory used
Signalling Groups - Display the status of signalling groups, Green will show the number of UP Signalling Groups and Red will show the down ones.
Sessions Currently Up - Display number of active calls on the SBC.
DSP Status - Display the status of DSP on SBC , Green will show the UP DSPs and Red will show the number of down ones.
Max Ping - maximum ping time from last 3 tests at configured interval
Avg Ping - average ping time from last 3 tests at configured interval
Availability - availability is calculated as: Average ping packets received/Ping packets sent* 100 over last 30 days
For detail on each individual SBC, you can add several Ribbon SBC Edge Health dashlet to your dashboard.
