Go direct to reports from the Microsoft Teams Call Summary dashlet
We've added some links onto the Microsoft Teams Call Summary dashlet to assist and speed navigation around VSM. Click on the following options:
- Call Records = Microsoft Teams Call records page
- Stream Quality = Mean Opinion Score Distribution report
- Modalities = Microsoft Teams User Activity report
- Platforms = Microsoft Teams Device Usage report
- Feedback Ratings = User Feedback page

VSM-E Speed Test frequency is customizable
When adding a Profile Group to VSM Everywhere, the user can enable the Speed Test Probe and now customize the frequency it recurs.
When editing a group, select the frequency required from the drop down box. The default setting is 10 minutes.
You'll find this in Service Desk > Manage Locations > click on selected Virtual Location Name > VSM Everywhere.
Bug Fixes
The csv format of the Directory Engineering report was incorrectly formatted. This has been corrected.
When manually scheduling a report using the +Schedule option, some reports did not show location as a selectable option. This has now been fixed.
On some pages the loading spinner was not visible. This is now visible thus giving you an indication that something is indeed happening.
