Small size dashlet now available


Our Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet is similar to our range of System Health Summary dashlet.  Business Partners and customers now have visibility of the state (health) of all software and hardware peripherals attached to the Microsoft Teams Room. The Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet shows details of the devices regardless of the manufacturer, such as hardware information (make and model), status (health and activity) and connection.

Features

Our Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet has the following features to provide great insights and interaction to manage your Microsoft Teams Room:

  • shows the API call status (icon) at the top of the dashlet, based on MS Teams API status
  • displays the following information (depending on the selected viewing size) refreshed every 15 minutes:
    • RAG health status indicator based on the healthStatus field value:
      • Healthy = green
      • Critical = red
      • Non-urgent = amber
      • offline = grey
      • unknown = grey

With our Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet, you can:

  • view in small, medium or large dashlet size
  • pin on your dashboard
  • sort any column either descending or ascending, including the RAG column
  • filter by any column (adjusts the summary graph and values)
