Provides a Business Partner remote access to equipment for configuration and maintenance.
Once the equipment is selected valid protocols are offered to connect such as TELNET, SSH, RDP, etc.
Note: A customer has the ability to disable remote access. This can be viewed via Service Desk> Manage customer.

Administrators can view the transaction history for remote access, used by their Business Partner.

Customers can disable or enable their Business Partner Remote Access by selecting/de-selecting the check box on the Customer Details page.
