Identifies license usage measured against license capacity for all licensed software Configuration Items, by percentage, for a nominated date. A License Usage Trend report is also available.
Useful for identifying immediate license capacity constraints. Can be used in conjunction with Availability Management to identify pending license capacity issues.

Highly effective for forward planning and forecasting, particularly where multi-faceted view of CIs is required (e.g. estimating spare capacity when bringing on new teams of contact center agents). Can be used in conjunction with Availability Management to identify pending capacity issues.
