New Genesys Trunk Summary dashlet

View the real time status of your Trunks and the Edge devices used by the trunk base. For each trunk base you can see incoming calls, outgoing calls and total calls.

Drill down on the Trunk Base name to view:

  • traffic on each Edge device 
  • CPU, Memory and Disk % used
    • requires Amazon Event Bridge to be configured

For historical information, clicking on a Trunk Base name will provide a menu option to navigate to the Trunk Group Call capacity report.


Trunk Group Call report now supports Genesys Cloud Trunk equipment

On the Trunk Group Call capacity report, for the selected period you can view 

  • number of Incoming Calls
  • number of Outgoing calls
  • busiest period and peak for Incoming calls 
  • busiest period and peak for Outgoing calls 


Bug fixes

Now able to navigate from an alarm to exact Genesys Conversation record (if one exists) for a Long Conversation Threshold.


VSM-E Device details page was not loading for Canadian region customers. This has been fixed
