New Genesys Trunk Summary dashlet

View the real time status of your Trunks and the Edge device used by that trunk. For each trunk base you can see traffic in both directions (incoming calls, outgoing calls) and total calls.

Drill down on the Trunk Base name and you can see

traffic on each Edge device 

CPU memory and Disk % used

For historical information, clicking on a Trunk Base name will provide a menu open to navigate to the Trunk Group Call capacity report.



Bug fixes

Able to navigate from alarm  to exact Genesys Conversation record (if one exists)for Long conversation Threshod.


VSM-E Device details page was not loading for Canadian region customers. This has been fixed
