Use this report to see if usage is trending up or down:
- Trending Up - are more licenses required or perhaps is a review is required?
- Trending Down - can licenses be relinquished and cost reduced?
The License Usage Trend report below has been used to visualize the rate of consumption of Logged-in ACD Agents.
Using this report data, call center management can move quickly to purchase additional licenses, prior to the ceiling of 500 agents being breached.
NOTE: This is a line chart and requires a minimum of 3 days to be selected
