Protocol Validation From Virtual Collector

This feature allows customers with ONLY a virtual collector to use the protocol validation functionality.

Its allow customers to check if the Genesys website is responsive or unresponsive,.

  • Customers can ensure that their agents are able to login by using protocol validation to test the login URL.

Bug Fixes

Max Latency in Media Streams was missing. This has now been fixed.

We've improved the loading bar and mouse overs for date range buttons on the Genesys conversation records page.
