With this release we have made a few UI changes to make VSM more user friendly. We've also completed some general bug fixes.
VSM E Devices
The VSM Everywhere Device Details pop-up had a button called 'Latest Device Data'. This returned the Last 2 hours of available data. We've now added the time period onto that button for clarity.
When selecting the Headset Details tab, if there is no data for the current period you can click on the 'Latest Headset Data' button. This will also display the relevant time period.
We've also reordered the Network Interfaces details to a more logical order.
Web Portal bug fixes
Avaya Session Manager alarm setting was too sensitive and raising far too many alarms. Now an alarm is only raised if three consecutive checks of the entity state indicate it is down or partially up.
Unable to see "Add Customer" button on the Business Partner Landing page.
Pop up window is now centered eg; Manage Equipment page.
Export All on the Change Logs page now exports all records. (Export Current exports a subset based on your filters).
In Manage Users, editing a User now saves correctly. (Previously Administrators were receiving a 'Failed to Update ' message.)
Links from a Call Record to the SIP trace were sometime giving the most recent trace instead of the correct trace. This has now been fixed.
Jabra headset details were showing as NaN for the audio exposure values. Now Avg Listening Volume and Max Listening Volume will show correct values.
Reports bug fixes
Some users were experiencing what looked like looping on pages. This has now been fixed.
When navigating to Reports Classic, the user is no longer logged out of Reports 2,
Reports 2 no longer asks the User to login when they are already logged in.
Reports 2 no longer times out and reverts the user back to the reports index page.
DS1 Performance report presents all DS1 equipment to report on. Previously only those DS1 with errors were able to be reported on. (Ideally the user wants to see no errors on their report)
