User feedback allows Microsoft Teams users to report a call quality problem to their IT Helpdesk instantly at the end of the call. VSM collects this information and presents data in an easily readable format. IT then has access to the exact call record in VSM to further investigate including download of the JSON file if its required.


Access the User Feedback grid from Availability Manager, to view Summary Statistics and Teams call records with the following information:

  • Call Record Start Date/time
  • Participants Names
  • Source eg: Microsoft Teams
  • Rating - where 1 star is Bad and 5 stars is Excellent voice quality
    • 'No Rating' indicates the user has been presented the Feedback popup in MS Teams, but has not selected any star rating.
  • Comments - provided by user in addition to the star and check boxes


  1. Select a time frame from the quick search buttons or enter a custom time frame.
  2. Click on an arrow head to drill-down to see detailed User Feedback information.
  3. Right click on a row and select Show Call Record to be taken directly to the specific call record.
