Introduction

Note that data is only available for this report from 1 Jan 2022.

This report provides:

  • The Uptime (days+hours) measurement shows how long the server has been up as of the Date in the ‘As At Date’ column.
  • Availability (%) is the Time difference between first time and last time we see the server, minus the time the server was deemed down, divided by the overall time difference

The availability (%) is calculated by (x – y / x) * 100

 x = Time difference between earliest and latest dates per equipment during the reporting period

y = Time the server has been down during the reporting period

Uses

Determine the Availability % of the Server hardware and operating system.

Know the uptime of the server since the last outage or scheduled reboot.
