Bug Fixes
When adding a new threshold at customer logon level, the Threshold drop down boxes were not populating . This has now been fixed.
When adding equipment for a Microsoft server, the site name did not save when saving the equipment. Now when saving equipment, the site name also saves.
On the Ribbon SBC Edge dashlet the 'Not Answered' calls in the Global Call Counter pane was returning a negative number. This has now been fixed.
For Ribbon equipment, when SNMP was configured there was an alert notification advising that it was not configured. Now unconfigured alert notification is correct for SNMP.
Some customers could not add another User to an SNMP trap. This was because there was a limitation set to 10. The limit has been increased to 20 and users will now get a message to notify that the maximum is reached - which makes not being able to add new users less mysterious and unexplained.
Alarms were being received for Windows Servers that had services down but the Windows System Health dashlet was showing all services Up. The dashlet was incorrect. This has been fixed so that services that are down are now showing as down, on both the Windows Health Summary dashlet and the System Health Summary dashlet.
