Genesys Conversation Problematic Call alarm displays Wrap-up code

Genesys Cloud Users can flag a problematic voice interaction when they have a voice quality issue. This flag gives the option of adding a Wrap-up code. We've added the wrap-up code to the Genesys Conversation Problematic Call alarm (if one was added)

This information can be found:

  • On the Manage Alarms grid by right clicking on the alarm and selecting Additional Alarm data from the menu
  • On the Alarm Summary dashlet by clicking on the alarm and selecting Details from the menu

Scheduled Reports enhancement

Business Partners can now schedule reports to be sent to their customers. When adding a schedule, a Business Partner will now see their customer users (Active) in the Destination Users selection box on the Options tab.

Reports will be received via email for all selected recipients. More information on scheduling a report can be found here...

New alarms for Tintri and Extreme

We've updated our SNMP library to include Alarms for Tintri and Extreme products.

Bug Fixes

The issue where the SNMP Community string from being removed from Avaya Communication Manager equipment has been fixed. This was caused by the field not populating on edit and saving resulted in overwriting with the "blank" field.

We've fixed the issue where you cannot add new equipment for Avaya CM without selecting DS1.  The issue was caused by the tick box for DS1s being incorrectly set to "required" in order to save. The fix was to set the tick box to be optional.

When creating or editing a change request event through the Change Manager Calendar, the "send notification" tick box now works correctly and sends an email notification to all selected users.

When receiving a Change Manager notification email, you can now click on the link in the email and be taken to the Change Calendar event in VSM.

If  a 'Trunk in Trunk Group out of service' threshold was set for more than one trunk-group, a breach would trigger an alarm for all trunk-groups. This has been fixed.

Dashboard - Preview Bugs

The drill-down view for additional details of your chosen streams in the Calls in Progress dashlet, will now correctly retrieve the stream details to display.

Ribbon System Health Summary now populates Signaling Groups correctly (Up/Down)  on the dashlet.
