Introduction
VSM Everywhere (VSM-E) is technology independent - and able to be applied to a device regardless of whether the user has Microsoft Teams, Skype, Genesys, 8x8, Zoom, Avaya, Avaya One Cloud Private, Cisco, Webex or other technology.
To view a device here, you must have a Cloud collector and VSM-E installed on that device. For information about installing VSM-E read more here... or contact Support for more information.
Navigate to this page via Configuration Manager > VSM Everywhere Devices. Any device with VSM-E installed will be listed here. Then to view Details for a device, left-click on a row.
The drill down detail will default to the Last 2 Hours, or you can choose a Custom two-hour range.
Users can query data at any point in time BUT there is a hard limit set to a two-hour range.
