Bug fixes

When an alarm is received for a Long Conversation Threshold, users can now navigate from the Manage Alarms page to the exact Genesys Conversation record. Note that a record will only exist if the conversation has completed .

The setting for a Genesys Long Conversation Threshold is now "greater than or equal to"  (minutes)Now able to navigate from an alarm to exact Genesys Conversation record (if one exists) for a Long Conversation Threshold.

VSM-E Device details page was not loading for Canadian region customers. This has been fixed.

VMWare Health Summary dashlet would load the first Host and Virtual machines but additional hosts would takes several minutes or not load at all. AVG Ping, Max Ping, and Services Up and Down were not displaying correctly. These have been fixed.
