Addition to Genesys Trunk Summary dashlet

View You've been able to view the real time status of your Trunks and the Edge devices used by the trunk base for some time. For each trunk base you can see incoming calls, outgoing calls and total calls.

Drill down on the Trunk Base name to view:

  • traffic Traffic on each Edge device 
  • We've now added CPU, Memory and Disk % used for each Edge

For historical information, clicking on a Trunk Base name will provide a menu option to navigate to the Trunk Group Call capacity report. Historic reports for Edge CPU, Memory and Disk are coming soon!


Trunk Group Call report now supports Genesys Cloud Trunk equipment

  • number of Outgoing calls
  • busiest period and peak for Incoming calls 
  • busiest period and peak for Outgoing calls 


Bug fixes

Now able to navigate from an alarm to When an alarm is received for a Long Conversation Threshold, users can now navigate from the Manage Alarms page to the exact Genesys Conversation record (if one exists) for a Long Conversation Threshold. Note that a record will only exist if the conversation has completed .

The setting for a Genesys Long Conversation Threshold is now "greater than or equal to"  (minutes).

VSM-E Device details page was not loading for Canadian region customers. This has been fixed.

Dashboards-Preview bug fixes

VMWare Health Summary dashlet would load the first Host and Virtual machines but additional hosts would takes several minutes or not load at all. AVG Ping, Max Ping, and Services Up and Down were not displaying correctly. These have been fixed.
