Bug fixes
Remote access to CS1K's is now working for serial connections. Previously remote access was only possible via Ethernet.
Alarm report was timing out for some customers at various date ranges, This report has now been optimised.
OS Memory or OS Processor reports would run ok but on export, the CSV contained no data. This also affected that data contained in the OS Performance report. These have now been fixed.
We continue to improve Dashboards-preview. This sprint we have focused on Alarms Overview dashlet, ACM System Health Summary dashlet and Cisco CUC and CUBE dashlets.
Ethernet switches and Generic devices were missing from the equipment drop-down selection box on the Network Connectivity dashlet. This has now been fixed.
For some customers the Layer 3 Device tab on the VQM Summary dashlet was giving a continuous loading icon. This has now been fixed.
VMWare Health Summary dashlet was not loading data. Data now loads but can take up to 25 minutes to populate all virtual machines. We're continuing work to make this faster.
