This dashlet shows the summary of trunk group utilisation over a specified summary period (1h/6h/12h/24h).
Administrators are able identify Trunk Groups with high occupancy rates, close to full capacity.
Data is summarised into 3 bands:
- Red: Trunks with 90% utilisation during the summary period
- Amber: Trunks with 80-90% utilisation during the summary period
- Green: Trunks with less than 80% utilisation during the summary period
In the settings, select Select 24,12,6 or 1 hour summary period, select equipment, and then select the Trunk Groups for the chosen equipment.
Trunk Groups are then grouped to show 'maximum occupancy' bands of >90%, 80-90% and <80%.
