In addition to MOS, the Jitter, Packet Loss and Latency details are now available. Warnings have been added when these exceed the Manufacturer recommended values. You will see a Red or Amber triangle and mouse-overs provide the reason for the warning(s).

User Feedback display updated
In our first iteration we provided the JSON file for the user feedback. We've updated User feedback so it now displays as it did for the user; so you'll know exactly what they selected. You'll notice we also added RAG colours along the left hand side and you can filter on the Rating column to zoom in on the Bad and Poor feedback.
