Introduction
The Agent Data report is constructed from multiple underlying commands and is used in various ways by administrators, such as:
- Show an end-to-end view of the agent configuration
- Skill and skill level
- Class of Restriction
- Feature Restriction Level
- Time of Day Routing table
- Automatic Route Selection Partition table
- Station logged in at (if applicable)
- Match Extension Activity data to configuration data to identify redundant agent configuration
- Export to Excel for filtering and sorting based on any of the above parameters
- Produce agent directories
