Introduction

The Agent Data report is constructed from multiple underlying commands and is used in various ways by administrators, such as:

• Show an end-to-end view of the agent configuration
• Skill and skill level
• Class of Restriction
• Feature Restriction Level
• Time of Day Routing table
• Automatic Route Selection Partition table
• Station logged in at (if applicable)
• Match Extension Activity data to configuration data to identify redundant agent configuration
• Export to Excel for filtering and sorting based on any of the above parameters
• Produce agent directories
