VSM-E Speed Test frequency is customizable

When adding a Profile Group to VSM Everywhere, the user can enable the Speed Test Probe and now customize the frequency it recurs.

When editing a group, select the frequency required from the drop down box. The default setting is 10 minutes.

You'll find this feature in Service Desk > Manage Locations > click on selected Virtual Location Name > VSM Everywhere.

Bug Fixes

The csv format of the Directory Engineering report was deprecatedincorrectly formatted. This has now been fixedcorrected. 

When manually scheduling a report using the +Schedule option, some reports did not show location as a locationselectable option. This has now been fixed.

On some pages the loading spinner was not visible. This is now visible thus giving you an indication that something is indeed happening.
