The IP traffic on this important C-LAN interface is consistently in the range of 500 to 7000 to14000 datagrams per hour and closely follows contact center traffic levels.

An application issue triggered a sudden change to the IP traffic. By setting a high and low water mark, Availability Manager can be used to try and resolve issues when traffic patterns step outside of that normal range.

If Availability Manager cannot resolve the issue, then IT support staff are notified by SMS or email, significantly reducing response times.
