Genesys Conversation Problematic Call alarm shows Wrap-up code (15042)

Genesys Cloud Users can flag a problematic voice interaction when they have a voice quality issue. This flag gives the option of adding a Wrap-up code. We've added the wrap-up code to the Genesys Conversation Problematic Call alarm (if one was added)
