- shows an the API call status (icon) call status at the top of the dashlet, based on MS Teams API status status
- displays the following information (depending on the selected viewing size) refreshed every 15 minutes:
- RAG health status indicator based on the healthStatus field value:
- Healthy = green
- Critical = red
- Non-urgent = amber
- offline = grey
