Our Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet, similar to our range of System Health Summary dashlet, is for our Business Partners and customers to have visibility of the state (health) of all software and hardware peripherals attached to the Microsoft Teams Room. The Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet shows details of the devices regardless of the manufacturer, such as hardware information (make and model), status (health and activity) and connection.
Features
Our Microsoft Teams Room Health Summary dashlet has the following features to provide great insights and interaction to manage your Microsoft Teams Room:
- shows an API (icon) call status based on MS Teams API status
- displays the following information (depending on the selected viewing size) refreshed every 15 minutes:
- RAG health status indicator based on the healthStatus field value:
- Healthy = green
- Critical = red
- Non-urgent = amber
- offline = grey
- unknown = grey
