- Check SIP Tracing is enabled within the configuration of your Session Manager or Session Border Controller.

Seeing a difference between 'All' Source equipment and individually selected equipment?
When selecting 'All' from the settings, VSM collects all SIP data for that location. In some cases, the IP address that SIP Data has been received from may not match the equipment IP address configured under Manage Equipment.
