Navigate to this page via Configuration Manager > VSM Everywhere Devices.
Summary Statistics can be found at the top of the page and provide a count of each item. Filter the grid information and the item count will adjust in the Summary Statistics.
On the grid you will find:
- Any device with VSM-E installed on it will be listed here under the Host Name.
- If a user has logged into the device their user name will show and Last Check In will identify when they were last active on the device.
- If another user logs into the device, then the Host Name will appear twice - once for each User Name, and with the applicable Last Check In time.
- To view Details for a device, left-click on a row. As you navigate through the tabs, warning triangles and mouse-over information will highlight areas that fall outside industry recommended standards.
- Exporting this list provides additional data useful for asset management.
- Edit the Profile Groupassigned to devices.
- Select the check box next to the host name to enable the Set Profile Group button and change the selected users to another Profile Group.
- Creating a new Profile Group must be completed in
Last Check In column is updated every 5 minutes and shows the time when a VSM-E device was last active and communicating with the virtual collector.

Creating a Profile Group
A Profile Group represents a set of metrics that the VSM-E client will track.
Assigning the Profile Group to the device determines what metrics VSM-E needs to collect per device. For more information go here...
Editing the Profile Group assigned to a device
You can edit a device from the VSM-E Devices page, and assign another Profile Group using the "Set Profile Group" button. This is greyed out until at least one device is selected by using the selection boxes in the left hand column.
Note: Only existing Profile Groups will show in the selection drop-down box. If you require a new Profile Group, you can create one if you have Administrator permissions. Read how here...
