VSM is now available in the Genesys App Foundry store.
On the Avaya Session Manager (ASM) System Health dashlet, we've updated the status labels of the SIP Entities to Up, Up (Errors), and Down (from left to right respectively), in the following areas;
- bar graph statuses down the SIP Entities section
- drill-down view headings
- and the drill-down view options
Previously these were shown as Good, Satisfactory and Poor

Dashboard_Preview
We've fixed the issue where the Access Concentrator option was missing from dashlets for a Business Partner. This impacted the Alarm Summary dashlet and System Health Summary dashlet. When the remote access is enabled in the Customer Details screen, the Open Access Concentrator option will be available to select.
Other bugs
When editing a scheduled CMS Call Trace report, the criteria values were not displaying on screen. This has now been fixed and all of the configured CMS Criteria information (saved in DB) database are now displayed in all the fields when fields when editing a scheduled report.
