On Genesys Conversation drill down, the Max Latency in Media Streams was missing. This has now been fixed.
We've improved the loading bar and mouse overs for date range buttons on the Genesys conversation records page.
Adding new Protocol Validation under Virtual Location did not update the Protocol Validation status and showed N/A which is now fixed. In addition when adding Validation Target, the validation field should only have External as its selectable value, before it displayed Internal.
