When accessing Availability Manager > Microsoft Teams Call Records you will now find the following has been added:
- Stream Quality fields at MS Teams Session level
- When the Platform is Room System RoomSystem there is drill down in Teams record detail
- Export csv button Button
- Session Failure information
- Session Failure info now shows on the MS Teams Call record grid on a participants first level drill down.
Where failure info is not provided then N/A shows
Where failure info has a reason then reason shows. In this example In the example below the stage of the failure was Midcall. If a reason for failure is provided then this will show on mouse over. Note: N/A on mouse over if reason is blankthere is no failure then N/A will populate here.
