Avaya One-X Communicator RTCP

Avaya oneOne-X Communicator supports sending RTCP packets to VSM. The following settings are required on each instance of One-X communicatorCommunicator.

Before you begin, please close Avaya One-X Communicator, then:

  1. Open the config.xml file located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\Avaya one-X Communicator
  2. Enter the IP Address of the VSM Collector e.g. 192.168.1.200
