Introduction

A really useful report for those looking to understand how the various configuration screens, which relate to the configuration of a station, actually interrelate. The Station Data report uses 9 underlying reports to assemble this information in an easy to consume format.

Uses

Most commonly this report is used to:

  • Validate configuration
    • See how the COR determines routing via AAR and ARS partitioning
    • Check that the correct COS is applied to users (Service Observe etc.)
    • Visualize the groups that are appropriate to a single physical location:
      • Hunt
      • Paging
      • Pickup
      • Intercom
      • Coverage answer
      • Terminating extension
    • Coverage Paths
      • Coverage path used
      • Coverage group member
  • Produce station directories based on floor / building / region / location / tenant
  • Check the status of various station elements:
    • Active coverage path
    • Station status (in or out of service)
    • EC500 option activated or not
    • Terminal parameters download completed or not
    • TCP-IP status
